Avant got to a wrong start with the SEC because the SEC did not even have the current Avant mailing address when the SEC sent the letter. Avant did not receive the letter.

Makes no difference. As Avant itself said in its lame explanation of its problems, once an administrative proceeding to revoke registration is initiated, registration will be revoked. The company can try to get in its filings in a rush, or try to deregister voluntarily, but neither will work. Registration will be revoked.
