Yes it's been held down and I seen nothing about a SEC halt. Does that means the few hour halt was Naked short MM's working in unison refusing to trade it on the great Exxon News. Strange! We all seen how they all stack the ask in unison to stop the run as soon a volume slowed down. Are the MM's really that Corrupt when things don't go there way. I would like to see a SEC or Finra Investigation into why trading was halted for those few hours or was it just MM's? There was no news why. Maybe there will be another class action along with more MM FINRA Fines to go along with it.
Definitely Manipulation IMO! Naked short report shows FCEL naked shorted heavy for over a month: When Naked Short MM's and shorts Cover. FCEL could fly hard real quick.
