Well it sure doesn't sound like you understand with your questions. It is obvious that most don't either. It's not new for no bid stocks. The preferred conversion are new for GNCP; previously in order to add the last 16 billion shares they used note conversions and interest payments.
I don't have questions, the filings answered them and it is where the full answers always are. News releases are not where the answers are as you can see from the 'NOT MANY' reasons which misleads many like yourself you do not read the filings. PR departments are for advertising and give you answer that is not wrong but not the full answer.
There will be about 33 billion shares when the last GNCP filed conversion happens.
Unless you haven't read the board; then you realise that most longs here have no clue what they bought and how wrong they have been every time.
I suppose you believe that GNCP bought Biocann for 150 million?
