When DaTime cums for DaFoleyFelonReCONvicted to be designated, I'ma call, visit, and schmooze every BOP employee I can to gett him into Beaumont. The main guy I know who was at the Western Regional office in Stackton has moved up the food chain and is in DC/NoVa now. Conveniently it's just three blocks down First Street from the Supremes, so mebbe I'll schedule it to coincide with an oral argument of an IP case - then the trip is tacks deductible for me. Mebbe he has some pull at HQ to designate Wile E. to Beaumont. The history of scamming from prison using communication and visitations from fambly members and NTEK peeps is a good reason to make a designation to a shithole like Beaumont.
And if y'all have dealt wiff Fed bureaucrats, ya know that all they really need to justify ANY decision they make is a cover excuse - like an incoming (returning) inmate who has a proven history of felony scamming from DaHole and abuse of visiting/communication privileges. One can gett senior bureaucrats to do just about anything as long as they have a plausible excuse for it. Good relationships to make and keep.
I'm just going to gett started on building relationships within the FAA. Need to set upp an appointment to visit with the IG's office. Having a Bar number always hepps getting in the door to meet wiff sumbuddy. In-person is always the way to go if you want action from a gummint official.
