Time to add. Looks like a big bidder coming in at .003 to scoop up 1.5 mil shares. its starting to wake up. Nothing but buy hits. An announcement must be coming its been quiet since March. News must be around the corner. Stock is really thin and the bid whacking seemed to stop at .002. No one has stock cheaper than that. Decent mgt team behind this one.
