I hear ya. Trust me, there isn’t one happy sole. I have never seen such blatant disregard for a CEO’s fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders. That in itself is still not fraud but a scam. BUT reporting one thing in the financials and doing another is reporting fraud and that my friend is where to problem lays which will end this debacle if the SEC hasn’t already ended it....
