I think Monday is unpredictable, but no reason for a big downside imo. There was no negative surprise in the report to my knowledge/opinion. Medac is still in the game and this report bolsters chance of a financing. The biggest negative to me is why should anybody believe ultimate success on any front, been too elusive too long
