YES INDEED! SPRV will be in the news, when its subsidiary, co-defendant On Courier 365, is whacked by the outcome of the U.S. Department of Labor's class-action lawsuit for violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

An "official" litigants' Settlement Conference is set for late October 2019 and a jury trial scheduled for February 3, 2020. The shareholders will be "bludgeoned", when SPRV files for bankruptcy protection in the next 6 to 8 months.
