There is NO new plan. Permanent injunction is exactly what it means, permanent injunction. No more treatments. The final court order will impose punitive fines and criminal charges against Fake PhD Kristi. There is NO positive spin for this. It’s all over!!!!

As a publicly traded company, I think they have a responsibility to come out with something regarding how they plan on moving forward.

Its not as if this potential (maybe even probable) scenario wasn't known months in advance.
