I don't fully understand how the float drop below a hundred million. The April 26, 2019, OTCQB filing doesn't list enough investors that own more than 5% to total the number of shares removed from the float in the last 12 months, being 239,642,260 shares removed.
Float as of 3/31/2019 = 87,224,326 Float as of 3/31/2018 = 326,866,586
My hope is that if an investor(s) are accumulating the stock, that they will turn USRM private and buy us out at a reasonable price.
What I've noticed over the years are people will be "buying and selling" so I'm not so sure the amount of float traded over a period of a few days/weeks is really indicative of what's happening.
I would rather like to see management coming out with some kind of news/information/plan.
I emailed them but got no response unfortunately. :-(
