LOL, Some think volume speaks books, yet when a stock they own falls with a lot more volume, they still have faith in it. I'm impressed by all that knowledge.
It means that there aren't any speculators who are willing to pay a premium on the current trading price because they think that the price will be double or triple that price a year from now.
A 2x or 3x one-year return is good news for most people. The fact that this stock doesn't have speculators bidding up the price is a reliable sign that there won't be any big percentage returns in the next twelve months.
Do I need to remind you that a single 1,100-share trade yesterday brought the GERS price from 9.5¢ to just over 5¢? That was either someone bailing out and willing to accept a severely-reduced price for his shares or else, it was someone who placed a market order to sell his stock and didn't know or care how little volume there is in this stock.
