I'm thinking more and more that this is true. I see family businesses sell all the time once the owners pass and leave it to the kids. Unfortunately they don't own the property so the business isn't worth a ton especially if they aren't doing very well. Could be wrong and I'm very interested to see the terms and closing of this deal. I'm excited yet not very optimistic.

I think there is a huge internal struggle going on with the Rotman family. Vystar is going to drag Rotman's Furniture into the mud and kill the family business, and I bet half of them know it.
