Fortuno, if you read the PR in full, CYDY herself says what is wrong:

They promised this since December 2018, any day.
Same with HIV Monotherapy pivotal trial coming up..

Every month wasted costs cash. On a normal exchange, they would have killed the stock for such lack of execution.
At the very least they would have needed to explain the very situation, reasoning the now more than half year delay.

Too much potential in their story lacking actual work done while needing cash. That is the problem.

Also, did you notice the ASM poster+oral headline having the word safety in it? Until today, NP hasn't detailed the situation about the HIV Combo safety data.
I know he said in at least 2 occasions that this probably will been done soon, but IMHO this is not good enough now.
NP should detail the whole BLA schedule table ..
