Furthermore, if Mitsui and Comerica were unhappy, they surely would have had their legal staff submit motions to the court for another plan. They worked with the monitor on the evaluation of the bids for the liquidation and knew that "what they saw was what they were getting." $4.34M. That's it...

12 and 16% are better than zero (0)...generally creditors obtain between 5-15%. Creditors are not there in perpetuity, the CCAA and chapter 15 bankruptcy files will be completed shortly.

Furthermore it doesn’t make sense that Mitsui and comerica are content accepting 12% and 16% of what they are owed as proceeds of the visolis transaction. If they are okay with accepting the distributions they know there is more coming.
