I can confirm that Arkansas legislators deny involvement

It was presented to me as something the governor's office had not heard of and that further, all companies without incorporation in the state nor any audit of activities were essentially "non events" as per the DPMPID act as implemented and signed by the legislature, which has been in effect since 2009.

All companies must be registered by the Arkansas SOS and any tax "incentives" require audits of a qualifying production, company or entity to be determined by the AEDC. Additionally, any company involved in litigation, judgements or other finalized and unresolved legal matters/liens are by nature, excluded from consideration.

Audits - none
Arkansas incorporation - none
50 or more employees that would otherwise qualify under QACF - none
A gaggle of unresolved litigation matters and/or legally filed Arkansas UCC liens - yep

This nonsense was a huge stretch in attempting to make news from what was essentially a non-event - even for the principal scammer-in-chief.

While I appreciate Parkinson attempting to "go local" by changing his static Myflix page's contact number from a 917 area code (NY) to a local 479 area code, he's clearly lost the larger plot of what real actions are required to be taken seriously be the Arkansas legislature.

Please provide the name or names of the officials in Arkansas that you spoke to. I will contact them to verify these charges against Me. Parkinson. Otherwise I will assume that these charges are false. Thank you.
