AtoZpay spinoff was only to a small region of Indonesia. No dilution but payment coming back to company IF actually sold to a regional unicorn such as GRAB. Actual cash payment will come to shareholders of record as of last October if there is a sale of spinoff. Shareholder of WEYL stock only will realize value of 30% buyout reflected in shareprice after that deal "if" made.
