Perhaps someone from the investment community could encrypt a file using AES-256 (there are many free utilities out there to do this). That file could be provided to both CLOK and other investors (along with the password) so they could verify no funny business was happening. CLOK would then record that file being run through the decryptor and post a video demonstrating it.
CLOK loves press releases... this would be a great one!
