That is how the scam game works...

A) They need money to pay the bills
B) They have to sell shares to raise the money
C) There is no market for enough shares to raise the needed money

Solution?

Easy... Issue a PR and dump the shares into the temporary demand increase.

The problem is that the traders who just got dumped on didn't appreciate it... and will never fall for it again!

No problem! Do a R/S and start it all over again!

Rinse and repeat!
