Your right to blame Sweeney, if you want, but that blames her alone for delays... something the docket load says is unfair. There are some 500 docketed entries in Sweeney's court and almost none of them were filed by the judge. You have discovery dragging the process out mindlessly to support the "piling on" of ancillary copy-cat suits. Any one of these plaintiff's could have filed for a ruling on hearing or dismissal and not one of them had any balls to do so. That means THEY HAD NO WINNABLE CASE.
