Ok, but if that is true, then why prices retrace (in general) very quickly ?
Have you ever seen that after news X, one of these things happens:
- Prices go in the expected direction of the news, up to a point, then the talking heads say "market reacted to the news..." , and then, price reverse and the talking heads say nothing?
- Prices go in the opposite direction of the news?
- Prices don't react to the news ?
I think it is all about targets, the matrix will use any news to cover their steps, ideal case, or ignore it as the other members of the matrix will do the "explanations" for them...
