Apparently Tony can't cough up what Bill wants....

to cancel LVVV's shares. Until that is done there can't be a reduction of the AS below around 25B. There are also Preferred A's that have a conversion feature, but not sure if they have to keep the shares available.

There is a no impairment clause, but Tony violated that back in 2014.
