That won't happen this year because:

1. The FDA issued a 3-year "free for all"
2. There are not enough resources to pursue the 1,000 clinics operating
3. The case law has not been settled.

Your right! They need to shutdown all clinics that distribute opiates to sick people and call it medicine.
