Restricted 144 shares issued to insiders and others - when do those shares become FREE TRADING SHARES ?

Once legend lifted , those free trading shares I assume would become part of the Issued / Outstanding Shares / Float.

So many times what happens when shares come into market, volume could come in, ir / pr internal campaigns could take place , people will sell , price could go down at that point, then reverse stock split could that effect at a time .

Shareholders so many times hurt bad by this, but insiders happy because they have anti- dilution provisions in their contracts .

Market Cap now seems under $ 100 k on some site (s).

During last few months the market cap at height was over $ 100 million if I recall.

Possibly in calculations the site (S) , some , are now calculating free trading shares in the float vs combination of free treading and 144 share restricted .

If so, imagine when the restricted shares would hit the float ?

At some point thereafter a massive reverse stock split I assume would be taking effect .

Do not know , past chats good thoughts / possible insight .

As well w/ market cap so low where are the revenues of this company ?

Were they stripped out of the public Company ?

Anyone seen the audited financials on any filings ?
