In spite of my own suspicion, it may have been the Zacks report, not Birdman. Seems they were paid to do a valuation, then left to IR, didn't get at or look at the right things, like endo-test revenue estimates or the like. No consideration of Juneau.

But, seems clear the analyst makes clear, they only used the info provided and paid for by IR. Now, if this is the case, did our IR do a crappy job informing and providing detail to the analyst, or was the analyst that bad?

IF this is the "third-party" then IR has to go. Period. We all knew that a long time ago, and the company has yet to address this. They should have been in touch with the Zacks guy they hired and clearly been all over that before it went public.

Once on the Nasdaq, we'll get the coverage by real, unpaid, professional analysts and then have a much better idea. But, if PRED is to go anywhere on the Nasdaq, they got to dump IR and get a firm with the quality that reflects the rest of the company.
