That would be because many of us have been playing the OTC for years. Delays are almost always to be expected. Any time-frame given you automatically triple the time. So 2 months to uplist I won't be upset till EOY.

It's amusing how some of us think Bill and company work for us and owe us something. Most of us are minor shareholders who bought our shares from other minor shareholders, not Bill or his company. We're either along for the ride or catch another ride to somewhere else. Just my opinion and trading strategy. If LVVV goes up 10,20,30 fold many will take their money and run without even saying ado to Bill and company.
