I don't think there is a catalyst. This r/m with the Chinese instrument company is dead. If they could have solved the shell problems it would be done by now.
They have let the filings on OTC markets lapse and can't do anything until that is remedied.
At this point we are waiting for the next life for this shell. They have $ invested in it so it will lice again.
