So . . . did they all LOOK like you had envisioned them in your head? I always put 'faces' on names on a forum. Sometimes I get pretty close, but most of the time they are far from how I pictured them.
Nobody had horns, moles, or extra hands; everyone was nice, and I learned a little about them. Great people. ;) I was, perhaps, a bit to casually dressed. But hey, its California.

1. Why did that one item on the voting list fail?
I don't think they would know how to answer this. My thought, is the voters didn't realize that this would actually be a good change for CVSI.
What were they trying to do with that Corporate name thing?
Not Corporate Name, but Corporate structure. The intent was to stagger the terms of the board members, so there was always someone with experience serving on the board.

2. Did anyone mention what the percentage of online sales was? Like, is it well over 50% or it is the sales in stores that are carrying the company.
Percentages were not mentioned, but the company is beefing up it's efforts to improve on-line sales.

On another note.

2. Did anyone mention what the percentage of online sales was? Like, is it well over 50% or it is the sales in stores that are carrying the company.

Thanks 'lady' for your reporting.

Great questions Mike. I was wondering the same. Another great question would have been about the expansion of the production facility. I think the CEO said that it will be done by the end of the year. I was wondering about the increase in capacity compare to 2018. Maybe someone with connections can find out.

Also, we are getting plenty of good reports about our presence in California. I would like to understand a little more about our presence in Texas. Kroger should increase our Texas market I would imagine, right?

I think it's time for the revenue split to be reported. JMO
