Penny stocks are like that. Raise cash, burn cash. Burn more cash, dilute shares. The recent warrants issue did both. Raise cash to burn and at some future date, dilute.
Ah well, as you say - the big move is always tomorrow or next quarter, or next year.

I'm gonna ride this turd for quite a while to see what happens with the Tinnitus treatment and Nexus hearing aids.
