Filings stopped with the old CEO in 2013. The delinquencies and 15-12G were well before Jason became CEO (2016).

Seems to me Jason took over and when he was ready, cleaned up the issues pre-dating his time here.

To piggy back off what the others have said here, my understanding has always been here Jason’s plan was to get the company perfected and the ability to have the shell clean and ready to go for when everything came public. Definitely worth reaching out to him
