The buyer is the owner of the AMS property in Hanover...you know, the project Josh said BLDV "my have dodged a bullet on."

Looks like they've actually managed to put a cement floor in it and build some interior walls. Apparently good things happen when a CEO stops waiting around for angel investors to come knocking with bags of cash. IMO he needs to stop his "critical thinking" and start selling.
