DD shows massive dilution by the CEO (confirmed by SPRUNG)

It is disclosed by the CEO in latest financial report.

Massive dilution
The CEO is diluting the company into the ground (just like William Veve was doing) , as common share investors now own far less than 1/3 of the company equity, and this is quickly approaching investors only owning 1/4 of company equity.

Remember - each preferred share issued can be converted to 1,500 common shares.
