How many more days are promoters going to tell the same ridiculous story that has been lied about for 827 days?

Now what is ludicrous? HOW ABOUT OVER 99% LOSSES.

There is NO MONEY, NO CONTRACT, NO VALID PERMITS to even beging to think a refinery will be more than a MMEX pipe dream.

....and there is way more than 27 million in MMEX's float.
