I didn't know we could choose who arbitrates a case, when we have to use one. So you're saying TDA or whatever brokerage you use, allowed you to choose the arbitrator? I had an arbitrator agreement with my last landlord. I didn't know I could choose who the arbitrator would be if I ever had to go that way....
