you have to be truly naive to believe individual investors in a OTC stock are in the know vs. others close to the company, etc. I know the response.. "That would be trading on insider information". However, believe me the stock reflects news/progress before positive developments are known to the public. Happens all the time. the Parkinson trail is a good example. Those results were known well before the public announcement on the study results. it was easy to see.. you're right definitely problems with the now overdue approval. its unbelievable the company isn't providing transparency on that fact.
the fat lady is definitely warming up and well past half time. more like very late forth quarter.
