That's exactly right, which is why patent plays, especially like VPLM, are almost always losing propositions. Even the CEO's knows that and they don't care as long as they line their pockets generously in the meantime. VPLM has proven to be a failure in the US, and know the carrot is Europe, lol.
VPLM couldn't get any positive results in the most Capitalistic, fast moving and low red tape country in the world, and they think they can get it done in a slow moving mostly Socialistic continent burdened by heavy red tape and taxation? Yeah, right, I lived there for 20 years and I can assure you, imo, that their cases will be buried in court forever.
YEARS, it will take YEARS IN COURT, and guess what that will do to the stock price?
