looks like market waiting for the 8K which should detail the terms of the acquisition.
haven't had time to explore anything about their existing customers and revenue etc. Wonder if they have manufacturing capability in Canada as well that can be used by say the growing GenSure systems or if they plan to merge into the US manufacturing ...
