As per the last PR, there should be

a 8-k filed too, to give details about that $1.8 million consolidated with single lender. So we should see two filings.

So, if they will PR, it will be in the afternoon E time?

I would not be bothered by that but DSGT thought nothing about closing out the Canadians by not filing on time, I see no reason why any thought would go into posting a PR other than when it is completed...post it.

Of course, I would prefer to think that everything is strategy for DSGT. That some scheme is in play to ensure that all ducks are in order for the BIG POP. God knows that SHs have been waiting for it to occur.

As I stated previously, I have no idea how the PPS will react to the Q and any positive news is finally releases. I do know, for me, my expectations have dramatically been lowered since I have been on board.

Doubling my $$ or seeing the pps reach $5 would be at the high end of expectation now. I see DSGT as a small gain trend line now. Slowly but surely.

I CMA by also stating that having a small O/S and float, the possibility of a sharp spike would be likely IF there is sufficient newbie interest. Right now, I see none of that.
