LOL!! They could announce that they PLANNED to change it. But they'd need to file a proxy statement. And then they'd need to file an amendment to their corporate charter in their home state. And then they'd need to run the name change by FINRA.

Given the apparent impossibility of their filing nearly four years worth of delinquent filings, we probably shouldn't hold our breath.
