Canadian cease trade alone could add another week to the delay in regards to operational PRs. DSGT might just do the Q and then wait for full international trade to proceed with all the updates.
Many PRs must be primed for release due to all the admin reporting constraints and its resulting long official delay moving forward....while behind the screen DSGT has made great operational strides.
