I really can’t argue with you about printing shares or the question of why would you do an RS with this low of an OS. I really feel for the guy that bought 10% of the company to have it ripped out of his hands and his money taken, which will be the case if they continue to dilute after the RS. Now if the company moves to another market OTC along wit great news then we all should be OK. But that scenario is a long shot as it is. I can’t do anything but hold my shares and hope for the best at this point and PPS.
