I know it wasn't set in stone, but the "scheduled" 45 days has turned into 75, and still no word.
I'm wondering if I was anywhere near what the holdup is. Don't know if you saw it, but after what was said about why the YIC Holdings could have been formed, I wonder if someone who put in money during that $5 million Private Offering, might be gumming up the works???
( Might be way off base, just guessing since we're not being told. )
