The court day tomorrow is not a status conference. Date was given purely for extension of stay. I believe they will be given the extension since they’ve provided at least two of the five reasons to allow extension. It’s in the bag. Then we wait till July for merger plan. Like I said. The extension is already assumed based off the fact that the new court date has been given. It’s kind of stupid the way this judge works. Handing out future court dates when extension hasn’t been granted is quite hilarious to me.
