no, because no such term as "Lead auditing firm" exists


again, the SEC rules apply to an individual partner, not a firm

Looking at the connection, I am making the assumption that PragerMetis is the Lead auditing firm, and if that is true, then the SEC rules referencing 5 year rotation would apply?
