So, I don't know whats going on at this time, but I predict the principal, wife and r. north ceo will get the same sentence from the SEC as the previous miscreants and that is neither deny or accept the accusations of the SEC, but take a bar from operating corps and being officers and promise to pay back some money.

They are going to walk away from the SEC lawsuit laughing all the way to caymans until the DOJ may come calling.

Couple of hours we will know something.

Pathetic thing is, the crowd will say nanosux doesn't need the principal or or brother to run nanosux, just like they said when he was in prison while the principal totally ran the whole company while in prison. Which is a few counts against him in the SEC lawsuit right now. Expect the BK's of n-t-ek and n-t-gl any day now.
