Don’t know what it means but all the filings on behalf of the defendants is from Meiping Wu.
I’m afraid that Yasheng Group not filing anything means they don’t give a sh*t anymore about anything that happens in the US including their stock.
Unless of course the filings by WU is for both(‘et al’ as per the case name).
