#7035 RE: penn33c #7034

Penn, some here are trying to project Sandgaard selling a couple hundred thousand shares into a complete bail-out by the firm's founder. This is complete, total BS! I'll even go as far as to say what Sandgaard's doing is bullish. Why? These institutional accounts we've seen (19) moving into the stock have to get that stock from somewhere. When $ZYXI 1st went to the NASDAQ Sandgaard had approx 51% of all outstanding between his 2 accounts. That's too much . Larger investors want to see the founders with sizable skin in the game, but not so much that it's difficult for a large institutional buyer to get in. Zynex needed to attract support from larger buyers and the only other option to Sandgaard selling some of his position would have been for the firm to do a secondary stock offering, diluting our shares. No, I'd MUCH rather see Sandgaard sell a few shares. Besides that, what's wrong with the guy wanting to take a little cash out. He's brought the firm back from the brink of bankruptcy into the big league and given us a chance to make some major moolah in the process. The guy wants to build him a bigger house and buy a new car? Go for it TS! Anyone who strongly criticizes him selling is either ignorant of how equity markets operate OR has an agenda. Btw...the stock hit $9.22 in early trading today, which is close enough to the $9.50 I predicted for me to declare victory on that call. Beautiful "cup with handle" execution...textbook.
