Luckily, there are “billionaire” investors behind Dharma. That means the process will be expedited. Heck, they just bought a whole nother lot adjacent to their $2 1/2 Million acquisition in Bristol for about $300K just because. It’s go time here for the VA buildout not to mention all of the other projects around the country.
And that’s the bottom line. They’re not making any money and there’s nothing tangible where they can demonstrate if they’ll ever make money. Nothing substantive whatsoever IMO.
