The S1 put everything into perspective.

Garnock owns half of VRUS ATM and we seem ripe for a merger. This is especially exciting since reset bioscience and disruption labs just withdrew and deregistered from their states of incorporation last month. Both on the same day.

Boom time is coming and we will have a SHM# style run.

Am I missing something? My read of the S-1 says Garnock and insiders currently hold 814M of the 2.290B OS. Garnock and Berdon can buy another 580M via Warrants but when they do the OS will also increase to 2.870B, assuming the OS stays the same until they exercise.
