I have no problem with that. For the pre-2008 legacy guys, fair enough.

But I say again. I think the litigating plaintiffs are going to get most of any goodies, and the hanger's on that want to ride their coattails and legal expense are going to get little to nothing as big, private money moves in for the kill here.

The dynamic looks to me to have xhanged.
