Discover told Immune they didn't have to hire the stock promoter until after he funded the $3 million. That was in September. But later as the stock price decided, Kirkland put a lot of pressure on Immune to hire them sooner starting in January, but that was because immune thought they were going to get the $3 million that Kirkland said he would fund soon after that. Immune didn't want to hire the stock promoter and they told Kirkland they didn't have the money to do it, but they did it as he demanded since he was their only source at the time for the required funds. It was so Kirkland could sell his shares at a higher price.
